Exactly the same as you'd use at any other time of year

I've never used goat mix before but interested in this. Is there a specific one you use & does it need much prep?

I use Heygates sack, i think they are 15kg for about £14 a sack

Prep wise, 2rds of dry mix and then add water. It will soak in within 30 mins.

Only downside of it is it doesn't hold that well when "balling" it to through in, but i'm not overly fussed about that, there's plenty of tools to get bait out a longer way these days.

I tend to add sweetcorn and hemp with it, but basically, add what you like, but im not a fan of spoiling it with pointless flavours

Its cheap, carp love it

i first come across it when i asked a fish supplier that i use if i could buy some decent food to supplement the stock during the cooler months, He said

"i could flog you pellet, but dont waste your money, get some sacks of Goat mix"

top advice!

I use it alot during fishing aswel as feeding my stock

"just soak for 20 minutes" and it's ready?
That would be brilliant to keep in the car if no cooking involved. 🙂
