Is there anywhere that can fit a new battery in a deeper
I have seen a video of someone replacing a battery but not sure I feel confident do it myself

Not sure, might be worth trying Matt at Fisheye, never know your luck

Having watched the video for me it looks very easy to do I replaced the battery on an old Logitech laser mouse which was about the same difficulty.
Just try and do it yourself just take your time, you can play back the video 👍🏼
I can't believe the money deeper charge to replace, pure greed.
