I am moving into a flat very soon with limited storage space. Does anyone know of a decent bedchair that packs down as small as possible? I currently have a big sleep system, so probably looking for just a bed and separate bag to make storage easier.

For camping I use Helinox chairs and table. I need compact stuf to get everything in the car. Recently bought a "fake" Helinox cot from amazon for my 9-year old daughter who refused to sleep on an airbed. Amazon sell the following: "FE Active Folding Camping Cot". Original Helinox cot sells about 3 or 4x this price.
Maybe you could use one for fishing. You're unable to adjust with uneven ground. But it's light, compact and easy to set up.
For my fishing I use a Nash scope Airlite bedchair. Less bulky and heavy but also slightly less comfortable compared to my previous indulgence bedchair

Have a look at the Wychwood Tactical X Flatbed Compact. I sold my Fox Flatliner as it was just too cumbersome.

might be worth checking the nash scope 4 fold thing. that packs up small.

The Xlite is more compact than the duralite, though i now use the duralite (bigger car so cna still live in the boot and getting older).
the Xlite used to live in the boot of my Pug 206 when i lived in a flat. I'd recommend either depending on your needs.

Shout out for the carp spirit 6 leg. Bought one for the Mrs and use it a lot myself for shorter sessions. We'll priced too.
Ive recently brought a nash 4 fold dwarf ss for when my little one comes and have found it very compact and easy to carry over the shoulder using the strap, they do a scope version as well which I assume will be similar

Same issue as you - small flat with limited storage. I use the Nash indulgence 4 fold sleep system. There is also the scope and dwarf versions mentioned. Indulgence = comfort / heavy. Scope = lightweight. Dwarf = cheap. They also have the great bonus of being able to lift up the headrest so you can sit up in bed, which is an awesome feature.
The indulgence comes in a rigid carry box that I find handy for storage as it's a regular size and it stops it getting dusty. The list stats on the bed show it's really heavy, but that includes the box which weighs a lot itself (could easily be 6-8kg). Without the box it's more manageable. I always leave the box in the car - but annoyingly the indulgence bed itself doesn't have mounting points for a sling in the same way that the scope and dwarf ones do (they don't come with a storage/carry box tho). I find it fine to grab hold of the frame and carry it with one arm though - but it must still be about 18kg by itself (I've not actually weighed just the bed).
For me the four fold system works really well, but it will depend on the space you have to store them. Basically when folded they trade height for thickness. For me that's great for storage as I can slot it upright between shelves, but don't be fooled into thinking it somehow takes up less volume than another bed as it doesn't: it's just a different shape (shorter and thicker - but still big). So I'd be careful in measuring up the space in your flat. I also find the thickness makes packing a barrow tricky as stuff sits very high on it. For that reason and the weight of the thing I now do two journeys, one with the bed and half my stuff, and the other with my bivvie and the other half. I can do it in all one, but as my bivvie is also heavy (frontier), it's a lot of work to move it all in one go on a single wheeled barrow.
The indulgence version has been discontinued now but is still available. I was going to get the scope version but got the indulgence because at the time it was on sale and cheaper and thought why not. Whether it was the right decision or not I don't know. I make it work. It has pluses (it is very comfy, and the box makes it neat to store, but the weight and size of the box is definitely a negative).

jrc xlight level bed ,and to make it even more comfy get a sim. i spend 5 night at a time on mine,and just done 7 night light as feather.
