Anyone know how to cancel a typography subscription. I can't find anything on the site that lets me do it & they are not responding to my emails either.
If anyone has a link they could share I would be very grateful!

I signed up via Paypal, went into my Paypal account found the subscription and cancelled it from there.

Go via the FAQ section and keep clicking I want to cancel. Takes ages.

I had a bit of a struggle cancelling it.
You have to go to Your Account / Membership and fill in a form to cancel.
I did that but they continued to take my money for another month so I emailed feedback@cypography.co.uk and had a moan up.
It took another week after that for Paypal to confirm that Cypography had cancelled the payment collection.
They didn't reply to me directly at any stage in the process.
I had a bit of a struggle cancelling it.

Ive just tried cancelling mine at the bottom of the home page there is FAQ click that the last one is how to cancel subscription click link which then takes you to a cancellation form to fill out
After doing that it says it will take 10 days for it to go through, after reading other posts i think i will try to find payments in paypal and cancel there.
The ironic thing is i recently sent them a genuine question about changing email as i have lost the use of the one i used (it also wont let me change that in my account page)but they couldn't be bothered to reply to that so **** them!

Sorry to hear about the difficulties in cancelling, but you have certainly convinced me never to subscribe, I hate companies that have tricks like that.

When i tried to cancel everything was fine and then about 4 months later they started taking the money again! I thought this was really shady. I had to cancel the direct debit with my bank. I did resubscribe again about a year later and thankfully this time when i cancelled the payments stoped but who knows they might start again anytime!

If you just cancel the payment at source, ie bank direct debit or PayPal, then they can't take your money and will soon cancel the membership!
