I've had a set of fox Rx digitals (originals, not Rx+) for a long time, but not sure I've ever sussed the sensitivity - the bottom dial has vibration one side and roller wheel the other. I believe in the middle (at 12:00) both roller and vibro work, then to turn either way - clockwise round to 5 or anti-clockwise round to 7o'clock or the the dial looks like sensitivity would increase (either roller or vibro depending on which way you turn). Is that right?.

It's most sensitive at 12 o clock, less sensitive as you turn it clockwise.

On a dxr you can tap the side and it will sound in vibro mode
And then just run a business card or piece of paper in the head on roller wheel to see how much it goes through before it beeps

12 o'clock position is the most sensitive all round setting (roller + vibro) If you turn the dial clockwise its roller wheel only and decreases the more you turn it (right)
If you turn the dial anti clockwise its roller wheel + vibro but the vibro reduces the more you turn it (left) - whenever you change the setting you need to make the alarm head bleep to activate
I had these alarms for almost 20yrs (regret selling them) and most of the time it remained in the 12 o'clock position - for winds / hard rain / big water undertow I'd generally only ever turn it clockwise . . .

12 oclock is the most sensitive roller only you have to go one to the left for the max vibration continue left to reduce the vibration
When changing from roller to vibration setting the alarm also has to be activated by a forward movement to make the change
