Yep bought a few bits from them found them good on prices for the few bits I've bought always delivered next day

bought quite a few large items at the best prices anywhere and always fast delivery
ALSO !!!
Worth checking out Angling4less they often have amazing sales again fast delivery too

I bought a bedchair from them in early December that never arrived I contacted them and they
said they would look into it and get back to me which they didn't I got back to them twice more
and each time they said the same and never did nor did they respond to emails.
I opened a dispute with them on PayPal and they had 14 days to respond but didn't so got my money back no problem.
It was the first time I ordered from them and the last as well

Great shop - think post #6 must've been a rarity, they're usually top drawer when it comes to
Customer service.
Any issues just give them ring and they'll sort it, top blokes

Unfortunately not I e recently had a much worse experience with them got very annoyed with them but won't write it on here as I don't like slating shops online, I've used them for a long time aswell and most likely still will but just proves to me why I'd rather just use a Johnson Ross or tackle box everytime now for the bigger more expensive items

on all my recently purchased items over £100
The Tuckup box the Tackle box and Johnson ross haven't been able to come remotely like the price in The Tackle Tavern or even better at times Angling4less
in fact ! The Tuckup box the Tackle box is the only online shop I know that OFTEN has prices above the makers RRP !!!!!
and as other have stated never had any problems with either Tackle Tavern or Angling4less
I know Tackle Tavern MOVED premises
but SADLY with the Christmas rush and various STRIKES lots of parcels went missing think ALL of the online Tackle companies suffer from this its a fact of life unfortunately and a real bstd when it happens to you

Tbh tho mate I'd still pick customer service over cheaper prices (within reason) I'd much rather Johnson Ross for everything, tackle tavern for me hasn't given me the best customer service in the past like I said I won't write on here though.
One strange thing aswell is when I bought my frontier X overwrap from the tackle tavern the poles was silver (not matching the bivvy) my mate bought the exact same overwrap and from a different shop the poles was black this time matching the bivvy, since then I've seen 3 others in person all having the black poles, don't no why mine that was £20/£30 cheaper has uncoated poles
Yeah I no they moved and items going missing but what happened and how they dealt with it was nothing to do with missing items or them moving

I bought a set of rods from them recently, but as they were used I wanted to check them out in person, and it was the day of their move.... So I drove down. Seemed a great set of lads, they did me a good deal on the rods and some other stuff I bought. I thought it was a cracking shop (but chaotic due to the move)
