I need t get in contact with trading standards. Been looking into it. But getting a bit confused with it all. I got a new Samsung phone witch broke in 1sy mont of having it. My network is not interested in helping. I got told to send phone back to Samsung to get it repaired under the 2 year warranty. Samsung refused to repair the phone. Even thow there seems to be a lot of people with same fault with there. Phone. So I'm wonting to get trading standards involved for some help. Do any of you guys could point me in the right direction please . As as said getting confused when looking into it all. Any info would be great thanks.

Try starting here: https://www.which.co.uk/consumer-rights/advice/what-do-i-do-if-i-have-a-faulty-product-aTTEK2g0YuEy

Whoever sold you the phone is responsible - not the manufacturer.
