Been researching for the right sizes for the handle bearings to replace the crappy plastic bushings.
I think there is two different sizes for each handle
Anyone help please???

Shimano are the same size both sides. Daiwa have different sizes.
These are the size I used on several shimano reels. Bearing number 689, sizes shown in picture below.
These bearings fit either side of the handle on the aero, aero gt 6010, ultegra xt, old long cast, the aerlex xta (replace spacers), and probably many more.

Thanks for the response mate much appreciated. However still no sizing specifics
I have seen a YouTube video where it defo shows two sizes to replace the white and black bushings...which sort of conflicts with your reply at bit.....

Presumably you haven't any means of accurately measuring what you are after, so perhaps consider a trip to your nearest bearing factor. They would be able to measure the sizes for you and hopefully supply the bearings if they are available in that size.

It all depends on which models your wanting to do , you measure bearings by the inner x outer x width , RS are rubber seals ZZ are steel seals , so a 689 with no letters would be an open bearing.
I've done the smaller shimanos like the 4000 , 3500 etc these are MR137zz (miniature) these are 7x13x4mm
Baitman may have changed the larger reels so these which I haven't done and is quoting a 689 these are 9x17x4mm
I would advise removing the plastic bush and measuring ideally with digital calipers or at a push with drill bits, these bearings are roughly £1.50 -£2 on eBay

I have edited my previous post to include a screenshot of the bearing number and sizes, and the model of shimano reels I have replaced bearings and spacers on.
The RS bearings are a good option for either side of the handle to prevent any grit working into the reel body.
