I think there's going to be trouble with this,comes back to my warnings about 'things' two years ago,when again I got laughed at etc...bit like the otter warnings I gave out 10 years ago..

Anyway ..

How is this going to effect passionate anglers, or getting to tackle shops,lakes etc...?

A proposal to limit the amount of car journeys and impose a charge if you exceed a certain amount.

A kind of variation on the ULEZ charges

OK, mate,basically Oxford Council have passed or passing a law whereby you won't be allowed to use your car ,only a few times a year,zones,..and fines if you do..

So under the Green agenda ,read socialism some might say under the guise of green issues,you will not be able to use your car freely in Oxford as you once did ...this could affect a person's job,health everything ...

That's all I basically can say,except we need an Oxford person on here to explain more..

And their ability to travel unrestricted, un monitored without fear of persecution..or monetary fines..

(A lot of people gave out warnings this was coming ,it's here,..under the Green banner,ie ,well this is just the start)

I really hope Oxford people fight this with all their might ..!

You do know Western Australia, has just banned recreational angling 23/30...under green advice..
