Anyone had any dealings with this bunch ?

I have emailed them twice reference a part for a Pod and stated that I am happy to pay and they have not responded to either email !

Just wondering if anyone else had had the same ?

Better of ringing them always found get a better response speaking to them

Amazing isn't it, how hard it is for many, many companies to answer to an email. Not had any dealings with saber in this regard btw, but one of the many so it seems.

Well, I called them an they were no use whatsoever !

I lost one of the stabiliser spikes from my Saber Terrain Pod which, is a current model only to be told that they do not hold them as spares.

Needless to say, I will not be a repeat customer.

Buy another one from their website, keep one stabiliser and then return the rest for a refund on the grounds that there was a missing part...

Custom Angling Solutions do a pod locker and you can buy the spike separately for £7.95 posted.Im not sure if one of them would work

I had a problem with a landing net I bought from saber. I emailed them and had no reply over a month so I ended up calling them. It seems to be impossible to get through to this company via email.

They sell the stabilizer bars on their website, i lost mine so ive just bought another

It was just the spike part that I lost as it just does up with a thread unlike the one in your link but, thank you anyway.

I have ended up making one at work that will suffice.
