Any recommendations for a cheap ish spod reel guys ? Spodding max around 90 yards, just for a water I'm fishing over winter, looking around £50-£60 if possible, cheers 👍

Cant go wrong with an Okuma at that price point. They do a Spod reel called the Big Bomber which you can get for £60

A brand new Okuma on EBay already loaded with braid for £40 at the moment.

I have the sonik one and had to stop using it don't know why but getting so many tangles with the braid. Changed the braid and same issue it's like the spool allows to much braid off in one go. Swapped to watch wychwood reel and no more tangles
