I got told they were all synthetic- just glycerin and worm flavour. No worms were hurt in the making.

Oh ok
This is what they say about it

100% natural Hydrolysed Earthworm concentrate rich in free amino acids and natural feeding triggers and an additive with far greater application and fish appeal than carp alone.

Concentrating the key attractors found in worms by thousands and thousands of times due to the production process Wormcell is the most natural feeding trigger of all and one that all coarse fish species respond to.

Use as a stick mix additive, add to pop up recipes, groundbaits, particles, pellets and boilies, with no limit to inclusion.

Nash usually put the ingredients and nutritional information on the labels/packaging so it might be worth checking.

I know from a previous product I bought based on their advertising that the actual ingredients do not match the advertising statements on every occasion.

Interesting.....it's being delivered today me and my brother will have a jar each he's a match fisherman and like me always looking for an edge

Update as it's just been delivered
On the label it says hydrolysed earthworm concentrate
On label in side it says 100% natural rich in free amino acids and natural feeding trigger
Looking forward to trying it out next month I may actually do a review of it on here as I have a few issues already with it

Does the small print confirm what it is, I wouldbe surprised if there's no preservatives mentioned.....

With Nash I often have to get a light and magnifying glass to read the really small print.

I listened to a podcast with max and Garry when they were talking about the lengths they went to sourcing the squid and worms for these products. All I'll say is that was an extremely elaborate story if these are simply flavours mixed with glycerine.

It sounds a bit like the old SBS "ACE Lobworm extract" when Des Taylor was promoting it at least 16 years ago. I tried it and oddly enough, I just as normal blanked but I did have high hopes with it as it was quiet a unique thing to use and full of promise.

I think I used my last bottle of the stuff up last year, probably was well off but it went out in a spomb mix just to use it up rather than send it to tip.

I used to do quite well on chopped worm.

A pain in the butt and scissor blunting, but chopped worm in peat and molehill soil was and is a good attractor in its own right, for almost everything that swims.
If there are perch in the water, forget about using it if you are after carp.

One thing I found, the salt in groundbaits would always kill the worms and make it far less effective, so it was best put in neat.

Fish and worm hydrolysate is just liquidised product with a bit of sugar and lactobacillus, a type of bacteria, so in theory it should be able to be made at home.
Are you sure?

This action cannot be undone.
