I imagine early 80s in it's magazine form, but maybe mid to late 70s in a typed up fanzine style pamphlet?
Hopefully some one knows.

The first magazine was issued in 1976 called ‘The CAA News'. It later developed into ‘The Carp Catcher' but cannot help with the date.

I have...i think..the 2 produced in 1982.

I think the CAA bought out there Colour Carp catcher magazine after the Carp Society raised the bar with there all colour Carp Fisher which would of been around the early 80's.
