Anyone had dealing with said company

Placed an order, recieved a generic email saying order recieved.

10 days later and nothing. Even though their site says orders dispatched next day to be delivered 7 to 10 days.
I no its only just a week or so bit I have no other communication with them.no email reply, no one answer phone, yet it says brick building shop.

I only want a cap for a trakker brolly lmao.

If it's the one in Chatman Kent yes I've ordered from their eBay shop plenty of times and had no problem .

Expected Ed that to be the case but ordered from Faf customs last Tuesday morning and stuff arrived Thursday lunch time via royal mail.

I've ordered two items from them as well. I placed my orders on 5th September, got a generic email to say thanks for your order, nothing arrived so I sent them an email asking for an update on my order two days ago, still heard nothing. Just tried to ring them and it says you can't leave a message as their mailbox is full.

Yep.

And there doesn't seem to be a logic to the delays as some things don't seem affected while others are definitely being held up.

Down to individual sorting office specifics I guess

My missus does some occasional work at the sorting office for Royal Mail, and she says its carnage....delivery vans not turning up and no one knows where they are, all sorts of stuff.

You will get your parcel, but when is a total guess

Don't envy her that job at the moment.

My mate and fishing buddy runs a post office and he's plenty of examples of the system being a mess
