Just want some feedback -looking at either BCUK or Global. Just want a bespoke easy fit kit.

Global are awsome ! you can fit it in 15 to 25 mins easy top quality components
and aftersales backup is the best there is a thread running called Global angling products mate

What's the range on a fully charged battery? Global do a con version for the nash trax evo so mailed them to see if it fits the nash trax metro as well.

I went to the big one earlier in the year to compare both barrow conversion companies.
Opted for global as they offered a welding service and the other was drill it in yourself. Also the kit looked alot better with global. (Throttle set, cables, batteries and connections)
I have the avid transit which has a different wheel frame compared to most.
I can't recommend them higher, does exactly as expected and it's nice to have the usb charging option fitted on the converter.
Save needing any power packs. I'm certainly not going to drain that battery on a 3 night session.
Plus it's so nice to get to your swim not pissing with sweat or barely able to breathe 👍🏻

I've seen both, the global looked better to look at but don't know about performance. Anyone got anything to say that's used both?

Q - Do these kits allow for total breakdown of the barrow (ie connectors that can be decoupled) as they always look like they require a lot of cables / cable ties etc that seem fixed . . .?
Not that I'm actually that bothered as I love my Nash Power Metro however may want to pimp my Porterlite one day!

The Global kit I have fitted to my Fatboy allows the wheel and handles to be detached with the quick release electrical connectors supplied. The whole thing can be dismantled and put in the Carporter bag in a couple of minutes.

Got a Global one on my MK2 porter.
Very happy with it plenty of tug in the motor even fully loaded.
Easy to set up and take down in sections it's well thought out.
Would recommend totally
