Me too, these look like a replacement for the gripper which I use a lot.

I've been using the grippers for ages - will be ordering a few packs of the claw hammers to try out.

i had nothing but problems with the 4 packs of trig hammers I had,atleast 1 hook point had gone over in the pack and every hook that back in a fishing situation the point had gone over....really didn't rate them at all, watched the video of these new ones today and they look good just wary of the the hook points again

I think everyone has a favourite hook or one that won't use due to a previous incident,mine was gardener Mugga hooks I lost a very big fish at larford 15 plus years ago on one of those and never had the confidence to use them again ever since.
But I do like the esp stuff never had issues with any of the esp range
