Is there anything available on the market to cover a bedchair mattress with? Something like a fitted, hardwearing sheet? My sleeping bag is too warm for the warm summer nights and I use a SIM and don't want to lie directly on that whilst under my Gardner cover.

What about a single bed fitted sheet ? Never tried it but might work. Cotton one be ideal.

You could try an ordinary elasticated bottom sheet for a normal bed. It would probably fit and be washable between trips.

For a standard sized bed try looking at bunk bed sheets

If a wide boy type bed try a fitted single. I've just ordered one, although it's not as wide as my wideboy bed, it should stretch over fine due to the excess depth they have to cover a mattress.

On hot days i use a Jersey fitted sheet.

I was looking at a fitted sheet but thought it would be too big/loose. Suppose I could shorten the elastic.

Dont buy them to big the one i used on my Trakker oval levelite was only 150 x70cm and fitted perfect, never used it on my current Duralite bed

I'd have thought a toddler bed sheet would fit the mattress part of a bedchair

so when mu kid broke his leg last year he did 6 weeks on my wideboy bedchair.
his single bed 3 foot wide fitted sheet worked perfectly

i know some singles are 2 foot 6. so i guess you can get smaller fitted sheets for them, maybe that would work on a standard bedchair

Failing that you could butcher and stitch 2x elasticated baby matress covers together - probably about right for a bedchair
