I have seen it briefly discussed previously about what to do with Goretex to re-weatherise them.
Does anyone have experience of a good brand/ spray for this used with success?
My Adidas Terrex Goretex have disappointingly failed dismally after 3 months of only what I would deem light use, I will be complaint as my Salomon have done about 5yrs without re-proofing up until now.
Do not buy the Terrex as well!!

If your feet are wet take them back, the Gortex is the membrane that prevents water penetration. The outer fabric can be soaked but as long as its not penetrating the membrane they will be alright?

I commented on a thread about the terrex,mine went the same way,leaking,split,soles wore out...I sent them back and got a full refund.
some people on the thread said they were the best trainers they've had...not for me,the worse goretex trainers I've ever had.
