Would probably work, and I have some WPI in the house, but an expensive product vs Lamlac

Do you think that is what they use Mozzi?
Is see Spotted Fin sell something like it? £12 for 5kg so much cheaper than the protein powders. I'm only looking for the cloud effect, not the nutrition
Thanks.

They went on and on about it being a high fat liquid etc, whey protein is too expensive for them and lacks the fat. Lamlac could be an option but it's not so much a cloudy liquid and tiny droplets, if you warmed up some sunflower oil and glycerine mixture and added whey fat, flavour, dye and perhaps some sugars at a high velocity such as on a blender with a bit of egg albumen and can than gum you'd get a very similar product. With a bit of tweaking.

This would probably do the job?
Cheap as chips too.

I'm not really looking to replicate the smart liquid though, just cloud the water.
I mainly fish with hemp, pellet and a few tigers if I'm feeding them on the bottom.
I used the cloudy Spod stuff zigging in the winter and did well in the right conditions. Large spods of the cloudy Spod mix from mainline created a really large area of cloudy water and I got bites in that area. I don't think it was much more than the coloured water that switched them on.
I was thinking of coating my bottom feed with something that clouded the water in the same way. More dusting with a powder than mixing up some gloop

I may be wrong, but i was under the impression that milk is a serious pollutant in water

It is, deoxygenates water iirc. But in tiny quantities like a tin of carnation it's fine
