I have been trying to contact Quality Baits for over a week now - I have tried FaceBook Messenger, email and phone call, all with no response

Can anyone confirm whether or not they are still in business, please ?

Cant help you with Quality baits. But Angling companys not getting back to you must be a thing. Two companys I've contacted by email recently haven't replied. Might have to try the old fashioned way and actually talk to someone.
