I would say virtually impossible longer term since they all have some kind of coating unless they are carbon ones and they will scratch up

Jag are the best,they will scratch if put through really stoned ground but does take a lot to mark them

There is no black bankstick that wont scratch when pushed into the ground. Its a coating so as mentioned below it will always scratch and come off which is why I always use stainless. Agree that jag are probably your best bet but they will still scratch.

Scratched and dinged banksticks are about as carpy as you can get!

I agree with this. Ive got black xcavators that over the past 2 years of use are only lightly marked

Best ones I've ever had that didn't wear were the interlok sticks. They lasted years tough bits of kit!

Another for Jag, I've had cygnet stuff and it's just powder coated so it flakes off eventually.

I used custom angling solutions stuff on a gravel pit for 18 months and they still look great. My jag ones scratched first time I put them in the ground but I do like how light they are.
