Can anyone recommend good cookware? My pans are naff, only seem to heat dead centre and burns even at low temp.

If you only want a pot and a frying pan then look at the Zebra 14cm stainless steel lunch box. It blows the socks off of anything with a carp brand on it and it's only about £20.

I use the ridgmonkey toaster and a titanium set of pots from alpkit. The ti pots are spot on but unsure if they're still the same value foroney when alpkit were a newer company

To be fair to ridgemonkey it's a decent bit of kit that. Packs down small and separates to use as a frying pan if needed.

Zebra and Stanley. Non-stick coating on the Ridgemonkey pans is worthless imo.

I wish the ridgemonkey stuff didn't come apart and that they'd stuck with rivets if I'm honest. The whole things likes to fall apart if you look at it wrong or open it to see your foods progress.
Simple non stick pan does it for me. No non stick lasts huge amounts of time anymore I just replace it every couple of years, unscrew the handle ( inevitably handy for other things ) and recycle the metal part.

I've never had this issue with mine, if anything I find it a pain to separate. I've used a friend old toaster and it falls off both our stoves if not placed correctly with the lid open

Alpkit Vagabond . . .only take a pot and pan (that acts as a lid or plate) but you get two of each of these so the set lasts twice as long! Stick with using a plastic spork or similar to retain the non-stick coating

same as a few others have said. Ridgemonkey toaster. use it for absolutely everything, never have any issues with it.
