Recently purchased a TB Long Top bivvy and wrap on the current £350 deal. Tbh wasn't very impressed with a few minor finishes on the bivvy, and have to say the customer service from Tacklebox was unbelieveable compared to most I've dealt with over the years. Caroline and Peter couldn't have been more help in resolving the issue and replacing the bivvy. Purchasing a bivvy via mail order(makes me feel old) or online rather! Was concerning, but TB truly lived up to there name. I have every confindence any rare issues going forward will dealt with in such a professional manner.

Have to say, the Long Top and wrap is a bargain compared to most nowadays.

You pay a premium. But the after sales is second to none.

I bet you'll.know this already..but if not a tip ..

When setting it up.make sure all the door zips are undone, and the same again when packing it up,there's a knack to disembleing the poles ,it's easy after a couple of times..
