Not being much of a football fan so I thought I'd ask here, are home tickets for arsenal hard to get hold of? My boy is a huge football fan and would love to go. Tried Googling and you have to be a member to get tickets. Anyone know if there's any way to get tickets? Thanks

So was that the only way to get tickets? The mother in law is a gooner and says even being a red member meant it was still very hard to get ticket's. Maybe an away game might be better

Have a word with the lad, needs to follow a real club like Manchester UTD, still, I suppose the Gunners are not that bad

Yes tickets for Red members was often very limited for Premier League games but a bit easier for the early rounds in other competitions.
Away tickets up north were sometimes easier. I remember getting up at silly o'clock to get the coach to Newcastle to see a 0-0 draw with seats up in the heavens. Then getting at home at silly o'clock after the long ride home.

Very occasionally tickets will go on general sale, but that tends to be much earlier in the season or out of season warm up games. Red members get last pickings of what's left after away allocation, season tickets and hospitality. You have to log in at the right time the tickets get released and hope for the best.
This time of year you are going to struggle as they are doing well. It's only £30 for the membership and you get the highs and lows of a Glastonbury ticket sale every week
I gave up my membership years ago and don't even follow football anymore, such was the pleasure of being a Gooner after the move to that soulless money pit they call The Emirates. Where do you live? Must be some better options for the boy?!

We live in Bedfordshire so arsenal is probably the nearest top flight. My boy is only 9 and his nan is an arsenal fan so that's rubbed off on him. To be fair she did say its near on impossible to get tickets. Trying to convince hom of going to see a lower league game.

Luton Town down the road playing in the Championship. That would be much more rewarding in the long run than a bunch of mega rich Arsenal brats.
