Anyone with any info? I can fish it on a local club ticket I've just purchased (mainly for Grayling fishing on the Frome) but this has sparked my interest. I believe its day only what is the stock like?

You can do nights on a Ringwood club book, but 1 night limit, then 1 off.
Guess you must have a Dorchester club book... Thinking about the Frome as CAC don't have access to Longham?

Yes, you can get a day/season ticket that way, but it doesn't (or didn't?) cover nights. You had access via 3 clubs from memory, Ringwood, Wimborne and Dorchester, but only the Ringwood book would allow you to fish nights.
Very exposed, BTW, no trees and high up so very affected by the weather!

Ringwood membership if you want night fishing - but only 24hrs on then 24hrs off as allready mentioned.
not easy - been a very difficult season this year for most...
water company have cut all the trees down so very exposed to the wind - especially as the wind rips over the 60acre lake next door and now smashes directly into you...
the regulars / bailiff will tell you exactly whats in there

I am looking at a wimbourne Angling book or Christchurch at present. I did consider RDAA but heard a lot of their waters are rammed?

Just a quick one on the Frome...The CAC bit at Tincleton is battered and a shadow of what it used to be...you are better off with a Dorchester or Wareham winter ticket.
Ringwood is a much better club than CAC, unless you specifically want to fish Spinnaker.

Probably too late on this one, and they may be a bit far from you, but I agree with NemisisWitch,
If your main interests are Grayling on the Frome then Dorchester and Wareham tickets combined offer good stretches with some very good grayling and a decent number of roach over 3lb if that'd be of interest. Together they're similar price to Wimborne I believe.
They both offer access to lakes with reasonable stock levels, as well as some hidden gems with a few surprises.
