Last year there was speak of ESP releasing a compact version of the low pro. Were these just rumours, or is there a new brolly in the pipelines from ESP?

Never heard said rumour.
They brought out a bigger version yes, the Hide-Out.
Talking about possible products, i hope they bring out a sleep system soon...

I think it was an updated version not a compact

There was talk about an upgraded version of the Lo Pro. You would have to be a hobbit to use a compact version.

I own a Lo-Pro for 5 years now.
Anything smaller would be crazy imo.

I was told by ESP that they would be releasing a new version of the Low Pro sometime later this year. I absolutely love my low pro. But a smaller one would be for the tiny amongst us.

The “word on the street” was that it was going to be a brolly that would fall in with their quickfire range, so perhaps just compact in pack down size, rather than the actual size of the brolly. Maybe something like Nash did with the Scope Ops brolly 🤷‍♂️

Wasn't it going to be a camo version that was coming out?

The lo pro was too big for a brolly. I sold mine for a Tempest. They would do well to release a smaller brolly as part of their new range.

Possibly a Hideout replacement as his has now been discontinued
