Brought a ngt bivvy ligh and no matter how much I try I can't pair it with the remote any one got any ideas,tried from the instructions supplied and no luck

Have you tried replacing the battery in the remote ? There is a red led on the remote that lights when pressing the button. If this doesn't light then sounds like the battery.

Had same problem just threw the remote away... light is great for its price.

These bivvy lights the pairing is that Bluetooth if so can discover the remote with your phone ?

Might get a new battery the red light is coming on when I press the remote

Have you taken the seal off the battery, there is a clear plastic seal, very hard to see, that they use to stop the battery going flat?

Yep done that,sometimes turns on by the remote but won't turn off
Thanks for the advice everyone it was the battery in the remote

I always turn the battery in the remote round at the end of the session as I think it kept switching on and off the light, they are kept in the supplied neoprene case which is a tight fit, never had any problems with flat remote or light battery since.
