Anyone doing an overnighter on New Year's Eve? I'm considering a session to get away from all the day to day rubbish that's been going on this year

Tradition, my family were Scots and dad would always pop back to the house just before midnight and leave the door open to toast the new year in and let the old one out with a whisky of course.

I like that one.

I wanted to but New Years is a pretty big thing to my mrs for some reason unknown to me she says I can go when ever I want just not New Years

On the bank now with my wife. A public barrage in SW France, arrived yesterday and will do 4 nights before going home. There's always a chance!

I'm out new years eve for a social with brother . Not done a new year eve in years. Use to like doing it as lakes would be fairly quieter than Normal

Yep, I'll be sneaking away from work early tomorrow afternoon if I can for 2 or 3 nights.

Doing a day session with my son. Usually do a New Years Day session but need to do it a day earlier this year
