I bought some okuma reels from them online. Good price and prompt delivery.
Couldn't say how they treat any warranty issue.

Yes,I didn't have a good experience at all...my wife bought me a rod,it turned up and was damaged in transit and the three quivers did not fit the carrier section making the rod unfit for purpose..

It was a nightmare contacting customer services ,I eventually gave up and that's not how I operate at all...managed to get the damaged part from the distributor in the end and modified the carrier tip..

I don't like to slag off something unless warranted.. but,well...avoid..mate seriously !

Dealt with them a few times and awesome service. Bought a beach shelter that was assembled wrong.

Took a photo as asked and emailed it in.

20 mins later phone call. Are you in tomorrow and can you pack the other one for collection. We've checked this one is fine.
