Other than salmon oil been mentioned sometimes I don't see much about the inclusion of salmon products when looking into bait and recipes. Just wondered if anyone had any experience, good or bad, of using salmon meal, soluble salmon powder, salmon hydro or even salmon flavours in bait?

Thanks in advance

Salmigo soluble fish protein works very well. Available both as liquid and powder.
Also salmon flavours, like John Bakers.

Salmon fishmeal is about 80% digestible, dark colour and has a nice strong smell to it.

I've had good results with salmino and salmon meal.
But I doubt if it did deliver me more bites than aminol and regular fish meals

Isnt ala sala salmon favouring flavour JB

Also done well on home made with a little salmon meal very light and soluble so be careful. I would prefer to use it now as a coating over some sticky boilies

Ala Salar 'smells' like tinned Salmon to humans, thats about it, very very good flavouring though, one of the best IMO..

There was a Salmon product available until last year that was head and shoulders above others for me, just deeply sad I can not get any more, apparently it was to do with cost according to the supplier.

It was originally available from Middlesex Angling back in the early nineties not sure wether they obtained it from JB ? Their chicken & Meatball were also superb flavours

Like tinned Salmon

Reminds me a lot of the Nash Monster pursuit oil based glut that they used to do
