(a lot of blatant lies too).

Mark, Mark, Mark.
I don't want to post in your thread but when you lie again I do.
What I wrote was all true and on topic of the thread.
Please point out exactly what I wrote that you believe is incorrect and I will come back with the screenshots, links or quotes to prove you wrong.

There are papers done on carp too.
Try to google "A New Feeding Attractant, Dimethyl-β-propiothetin, for Freshwater Fish"

As I said, not trying to start an argument.
It is very well possible to us glass spheres to make a very buoyant bait, if you think a bit outside the box and don't roll them on a table.
If you use other buoyancy aids it can even be rolled on tables as you need just need 20% of the volume of cork to get the same buoyancy.

Not trying to start an argument but:
Cork has a density of 0.240 grams per cubic cm.
K1 3M glass spheres has a density of 0.125 grams per cubic cm
Other fillers that can be used is under 0.050 grams per cubic cm

Mathematics tell me you can get more food to float with a lighter product, if you can get it to bind.

Now that I only make carp bait for myself I get 0.5 or 1 litre bottles from the pet shop.
Overpriced, but with a sell by date and the shop owner is a carp angler and we got a "bait for ingredients program" going on.

Mozzi, just ignore the clown. Probably another profile from someone already known.

Des:
Shelf life for the unrefined salmon oil was said to by the producer to be 6 months in closed container.
This could be bettered by adding antioxidants (plant based)
Using an inert gas like nitrogen on argon in the opened container will decrease exposure to oxygen and can prolong the shelf life.
I use argon for some chemicals, this I got from the Swedish chain Jula where you can buy smaller bottles and suitable ventile.

I have some emails from a producer of salmon oil I can dig out when back at work.
Basically they don't guarantee much after it's opened and as mentioned light and oxygen are the enemies.
When you order in large you can decide if you want added anti oxidant.

Out of curiosity, where do you find trypsin?

That's great. I am like that with hard liquor. Collapse/repeat.

I am sure there is something to learn in fishing from this. Carp may be a lot dumber than pigs but learning pattern I assume is similar.
Are you sure?
