It's probably been fifteen years since I fished Walthamstow. I know a lot has changed since then. I tend to flit about fishing days only on a Sunday through winter on easier waters. Can someone give me a bit of detail, do you still put money in the envelope? What's the stock like these days? Is it still a viable winter water for nicking the odd bite?

Yes mate you still put money in the envelope and I would say either fish the number one or the river in the winter for a bite but milder spells and number 3 can produce winter time , still a good head of fish , its a wetlands now aswell so another of people walk around the place
