Hi, what would be a good pellet to use in my pva nuggets during Autumn and winter? Its only for small mesh nuggets on the hook to stop any tangles not for spodding etc ? Thanks

Anything with a low oil content going into winter as it will slow down the PVA melt...

The extruded style of pellet tends to have a lower oil content and a quicker breakdown...

Aller Aqua do some good winter pellets, but I think you have to buy a sack of them. If you're close to their distributor, call them and see if you can get a couple Kg sample bag. Alternatively, crumbed boilie in a little bag.

Personally I'd use someone's solid bag mix, get plenty of liquid in it too (liquids out perform any pellet in the colder months). Compress some very small sticks and use them the way you want instead of little bags of pellet.

Ive just bought a few bags of this looking forward to using it, I cant help but think products from these guys are certainly gonna perform well, bought some of the little hook baits too despite having a stupid amount already . If mark bryant and simon scott use this in there bags im having some of that too .

Careful on the liquid as the water temps drop though, the PVA will take an age to melt, if at all....
