I am taking a mate fishing for a few nights, I have a brolly system that I use for day session but this obviously has no front or door, I want to buy something cheap that we can just Chuck over the top and pin down to make it more of a shelter to sleep in, when I search”bivvy” overwrap only pricey branded options appear, I was wondering if maybe anyone knows of a cheap solution maybe something military that I don't know the name of.....

I might be able to help..

Get a Dpm military basha/tarp..approx 7ft by 8ft..they are very very strong and versatile bits of kit,also get some paracord,and line locks. Cost around £30 delivered..

Mine comes on every trip..use it as a big barrow cover,mini overwrap,front door on a 50 inch brolly,plow point shelter,cooking area,so many good uses...as an aside I have not used my main overwrap for ages..

Get a snugpak,or other drybag,some pegs and your good to go go..

Sonik tackle do the SK Tek brolly front which clips over the bell cap of the brolly giving you a full front and door
