I have seen the Gardner Bedchair cover get good reviews on here, anyone had or used the Custom Carp Products one ?

I have the delux ccp one. The quilted one. I really rate it, not cheap though, but i havent seen the gardner one to compare.
I regularly use it with a storm pole one end and no bivvy and have been caught in a few light showers and its kept me dry.

Got ccp one obviously depends how warm it is but its quality.

Of course, if its roasting I'll just sleep in shorts etc anyway but for slightly cooler summer nights etc I just want something to replace my trakker one that's falling apart.

I also have the ccp dpm fleece one...waterproof, nice and warm, often it's all I sleep under in the warmer months...
Have had it at least 6 years from memory and the quality is excellent...
All I would suggest is ask Jon to put some buckle clips on it if u want to attach it to your bedchair...

The deluxe one is mega warm, pretty bulky and heavy tho.
If your bag is already warm I'd probably go for the middle one or the gardner, I've hardly used mine since I got the gardner bag.
I was pretty comfortable in a ventec lite under it in minus temps

I had a ccp one with clips on it and sold it after a couple of uses.The quality is very good but it's just too heavy,the gardner one is just as warm but alot lighter

just the compact Gardner one ? Looks like there were a couple of different ones but can only see the compact available now.

I got the Gardner one its massive so if you have a wide bed chair its big enough now I have a compact bed it touches the floor both sides so just got the compact version thats big enough for a standard bed
I am claustrophobic and cant have my bivvy door shut or my sleeping bag zipped up so the gardner one is perfect for keeping the gap covered and just sleep under it in the summer its got tons of buckles so dont go anywhere not seen the other one so cant comment but cant imagine anything to beat the Gardner IMO

Can't comment on ccp one but Gardner compact on a standard bed is is good for me in my shorts.

Thanks all - I have a standard Levelite for now - may upgrade soon but it will be a normal size bed so will grab a compact gardner one.
