Its a planet T5 handset 2.4 ghz for a Viper Icon bait boat .

Handsets are actually really cheap, I'd just replace like-4-like. Transmitter on the boat will still work, just need the bind key.

as said probably be cheaper to buy a new one
you can even buy a complete 2.4GHz Transmitter and Receiver very reasonable google is your friend

Flysky FS-i6x I'd recommend a bit of an overkill with 6 channels but what I like is that it shows battery levels on both the hand set and boat. I'm pretty sure it's this unit rebranded on some expensive boats but correct me if I'm wrong, these are the one's I've fitted to my boats and on the odd repairs I've done too

Needed a bit more than transmitter and receiver so bought a cheap bait boat.
