Can anyone tell me what size gromits these are and where to get spares?

I'm pretty sure it's a standard thread size so assume the gromit will be a standard

Do you mean the thread that screws in a bankstick or buzz bar if so it's 3/8 bsf
If it's the O rings your after there on eBay, sorry if it's not what your after but I don't know what you mean by a grommet

You can get a box of all different sizes off ebay for about a fiver which come in handy.
