Anybody care to give up a recipe. Or if not how I'd go about creating one.

Search out Brian Skoyles floater cake on YouTube, I asked this question last summer, I ended up experimenting with different mixes, flavours etc, they all float and catch fish tbh, I particularly liked using a white dye to make it appear more like white bread and very visual. Right down your recipes and cooking temperature and times so you can repeat if you stumble on a combination you find successful 👍
You're effectively cooking a sponge cake, with a base mix and a tea spoon of self raising flour.

If I remember from the kempastini boilie book
It's say a kilo of boilie mix and double the amount of eggs that would be used

Why all say that this cake is so easy to make? When I tried to bake it, it ended up with a complete disappointment.

If anyone manages to find a decent recipe that works could they post? I'd be interested in making some for the summer to try

Just bang a load of shrimp meal into a similar amount of boilie mix. It would bounce out of the water as it would be that buoyant as I found out in the 80's.

Whilst I was looking up Shrimp meal to see if you can still get it, I came across this floater cake recipe:-

https://www.streetdirectory.com/travel_guide/42393/fishing/homemade_catfish_and_carp_floating_recipe.html

In fact, just search for "Floater Cake recipes" on Google, lots of info as I have just found.
