The inner has popped out so needs a new one. Might have a go myself as I guess it's just a case of heating the old eye and twisting it off then gluing a new one on.
Can anyone tell me what glue to use and what if anything needs doing to prepare ie clean up, roughen up etc
And if anyone can give me a pointer on the ring itself. 40mm butt, 5 rings plus tip. A fairly standard Fuji I guess? 12mm? Can't measure now they're all fishing. It's an old style NG.

I had a friend with a similar problem last year, I pointed him to go into the Century website and they have all the specifications for all their rod ranges regarding ring sizes.

Yes, just heat it and twist off. Clean off any old glue and fit the new one. If the tube lengths differ you may need to re-do the whipping. You'll need to know the tube diameter to ensure a good fit. I've always used the standard Araldite.

Having mentioned check the website for the specifications for ring sizes, I just tried to look myself and I cannot find the page myself now., so it's either gone and all rods use the SIC eyes that they are selling or I'm not putting the right search words into google.
The webpage was their though as recent as last November.

Got it cheers. I'm guessing a SIC 12 is a tip ring.

If the Tip ring page you require is

Use the cache function by clicking on the downward pointing solid blue triangle at the end of the first line then a box
named Cache appears, then click on the box.
