I see Synchro XT comes highly recommended but can't find stock in 0.37. Is the 0.4mm as good without being too wiry?
Will be used on Tournie spools. Priorities are:
Reliability
Abrasion resistance
Sinking
Low stretch
Supple

Kent Tackle have XT loaded in 0.37 15lb as bought some the other day, I know it's not the standard XT .

Gardner Pro Light Blend, not sure about it's qualities compared to other lines as it's all I've used for years, wonderful no nonsense line, reminds me in looks of the old Suffix line [ light grey ], used it in 12lb through to currently XM which is a bit wiry but with some TLC is fine and had no issues with zebra muscles, pads, gravel and snags, sinks ok.
Am sure other high end lines might have slightly better qualities but for the price I think it's hard to beat, reliability is top for me and this line does it.

I use XT when fishing weedy waters ... it will tick most of your boxes except that it is not low stretch.
it is also slightly thinner than stated.. 0.40 is actually 0.39 and 0.37 is actually 0.35. but both in my experience are higher breaking strain than stated. I used Technium for a few years ... liked its low stretch .. but got fed up with its wiry nature.

Gardner pro light. Unbelievable line for the money. I use it in 15lb (.35) on my big rods and 12lb on my small rods. Cannot recommend it enough. You won't be disappointed.

Can't find anywhere with stock of CM90 or XT (non loaded) in 15lb.
Anyone used XT in 18lbs? Casting 90 yards tops so as long as it's reasonable on this front

CM90 was supposed to be arriving back on the shelves in April..
... but it might be stuck in the Suez canal I suppose..

I use Syncro XT in 18lbs as standard.
It's a lovely smooth line that casts and sinks very well.
Fishing as we speak and the longest rod is cast at 95yds hitting the clip with ease.
