It's not, but they come with a waterproof cover.

Yes..I have the Kombat UK version or copy...

It doubles as a overnight Bushcraft bag or stealth bug out bag,I put my day sess carp kit in it,molle pouch on the front for mini trangia.

Is it waterproof ?...no it is not..that's why I use a thrashed Dutch army rucksack cover on it,..£12 from military 1st..
