Hi All,
I'm fishing a water with rock hard swims which makes my current set up very difficult and time consuming ( single sticks)
I much prefer single sticks as it's a snaggy lake and I'm often fishing locked up. But it takes a long time and a lot of hassle to get the sticks in ground.
Are there any decent buzz bars / banksticks set ups which don't twist? I've found in the past trying this if I'm lucky enough to get a take they often twist.
Any advice please on things you have used?
(I'd really rather not use a pod if I don't have to) Thanks

I think you have answered your own question, but might be avoiding the only real answer, and that is use a pod if the banks are that hard.
Alternative, drilling banksticks into the ground on a single or goal post buzzer bar set-up. The goal post buzzer bars should not twist, nor will a pod.

You could make the hole using a digging stick first. Jag and defiant both make one.
You could use excavator sticks. I've seen them screwed into concrete. Never found a bank yet they won't screw into.
It's it's really bad then you could use stage bites if the swim has a sleeper at the front and short excavators for the rear.
Or as said, peg a pod down or use goal posts

I feel your pain, unfortunately most use the same old screw thread in the name of cross/backwards compatability.
Solar have a non twist system for buzz bars in there stainless range, not in Ali unfortunately
Mpe had a good system but they are no longer trading
The fox qr range looks good but untested at the moment
I've settled on short 2 rod bars and single sticks for the third rod, the width of 3 rod bars gives a lot of leverage when you get a take on the outside rods
