I have just ordered a wooden shed 16x12 I will be installing electrics and alarm complete with an auto dialer. Does anybody have any storage, organisation tips please.

Get some metal racking from screwfix , and get some second hand industrial lockers to house your rods in with locks .plastic boxes for terminal tackle etc

A small bait fridge/freezer would be useful, if there's space, and the budget allows it.
And some Little Nipper mousetraps - believe me, the little buggers will get in there at some point!

I've got an old olive drum for my particles and groundbaits, Has a bad experience with a bag of trout pellet and and expanding number of mice

. . .old thick carpet to keep the damp / condensation levels down (esp if you are putting a bait fridge/freezer in there)
Add bracing beams / rafters with hooks at high level so you can hang buckets with pellets / groundbait and wet nets etc creating more floorspace . . .Decent lock and contact breaker alarm

Perhaps build an internal extra secure area for valuables, an extra defence to include your lockable steel cabinet. Galvanised mesh works well, cheapest on a roll, still susceptible to a disc cutter of course but it would slow a thief down and give the autodialler some time to do its job.

agree with that - my last shed had a galv mesh layer (to make it sledgehammer proof) and an instulating layer . . .still didn't stop the mice getting through the floor over time so def mice traps a must!
