Does anyone know which bolt and nut that's needed to go through the boss and lever on a tempest brolly? Been in contact with trakker but they weren't much help? It's not the countersunk Allen bolts that I need

Surprised Trakker haven't been much help. I've contacted them twice now about size of nuts and bolts for the tempests and both times they've asked how many I need and sent me them FOC
I still don't know what size they are though

Tempest Brolly V1 - M5 counter sunk for all the assembly on the plastic boss for the poles. Pretty sure it was 25mm length as well.
The ones it comes with a cheap nasty ones - I had a pole snap on mine and it was because the screw was bent in the boss. One of my engineers at work helped me with it and showed me in a vice the strength difference between they Chinese one and the M5's we put in it. Also worth getting nylon thread bolts in all of them as well if you are replacing.
It was only after I had changed them all that I realised it was like that since production as the brolly locking mechanism took a lot less force to close then it ever had before.

I got knocked back and sent to local tackle shot when I tried to get hold of this guy for spare. TBH the service was brilliant one my local tackle shop ordered it and the spare pole came within a few days. Just didn't come with a M5 screw

I took out a nut and bolt and matched them up at Screwfix when I lost one of mine

I purchased stainless m5 nuts and bolts of Amazon
As I couldn't find anything online to be able to contact trakker
I used a steel one as a make do, and it bent after one day trip

there either 4 or 5mm I bought the high tensile steel threaded grub screw and nylon nuts from eBay
On my v2 the holes on the block are threaded hence the Allen key grub screw,it wasn't made with nuts either end so I put them on for more security when I replaced thr grub screw as the original one bent

Thanks for all the replies but it's not the bolts to the block that I need, it goes through the “fins” on top of the block itself and through the tensioning bar and out the other side

There was a grub screw that kept working loose
I lost mine and replaced with a stainless nut and bolt
From memory size M4 and 35mm in length
