I suffer with a bad back and so often, having been careful throughout a session, it's packing up and having to bend down to pack stuff up that gives me the twinge and sends me in a pain frenzy.

Whilst looking on Alibaba (they sell leads at £0.12p each if you buy in enough quantity) there was someone selling rod holdalls with a ‘golf stand bag' leg system meaning your hold-all stands up to put your rods back in and out.

Would help my back, but would I get ribbed???

Anything that makes your life easier is a plus. Don't worry about what other might think as they may thinks it's a mighty fine idea. And for those that don't get it why care.

Just out of interest, have you had an MRI scan? Sounds like you might have a herniated disc. Been there, now post surgery, and i still have issues.
Are you sure?
