New to fishing and want a go doing some Ronnie rigs and such. Ready made on eBay they're like £10 so thought I'd give t a go remember I am a Beginner so looking for a fully loaded rig tackle box basically instead of buying things individually does anyone know where I could get one thanks

They're quite easy to make up and there will be loads of videos online. Depends how dextrous you are I suppose, and how confident you are that they'll come out ok. If you find them for a about a quid each ready made, get yourself half a dozen. Don't know how cheap they'll be though, never bought any rig ready made.

Do a search on here for ready tied rigs, I'm sure there's some guy on Facebook who does them for about a quid each.

I would say no, learn to tie your own rigs. You may find it daunting at first but just do it, they are not as difficult as you first think. Then you can adapt things as you progress. get the bits and sit and tie some up. Won't take you too long to get the hang of if and start to have confidence
So much information out three you can't go wrong pal.
You'll have a bit more pleasure catching on a rig you tied yourself, that being said. No shame in having a few pre-tied in the case of a nervous encounter in a session

Think I have to agree, if you're serious about taking up carp fishing, long term you're going to need to learn to tie your own rigs, it will work out a lot cheaper than ready tied. Bite the bullet.

I think I've found the gut who sells cheap rigs. Go on facebook, they are called Therigwallet, ronnies are £1.09 each w/o the boom and £1.29 with the boom.
If you join Carp and Catfish - North uk on facebook, you'll see how to get a 10% discount. I have no idea what they are like though!!

This is very helpful for a newbie like me. Would be great if you could go a step further and detail the sizes needed so everything matches up correctly. I mean crimp size, swivel size, shrink tube size etc.
When totalled together, Its amazing to me how much all this stuff costs just to tie a Ronnie Rig.
It would be a good idea to have a sticky thread on here, titled RIGS, and under each rig include a precise list of all the individual parts required to build the rig, noting sizes where required, so begginers like me can go and buy everything with ease, without having to trawl through a ton of articles and videos online trying to figure it all out. For the past couple weeks i have been buying bits and pieces trying to compile everything needed to build a leadcore chod rig and i'm still not there, its doing my head in to be honest, and my wallet. I'm sure its simple to a seasoned carp angler, but for a newbie like me, its anything but.

I have been a bottom bait standard hair rig user forever and last year moved to the Multi Rig and this year I'm also having a play with the Ronnie.
I tend to buy all my rig components on ebay in bulk from China - soooooo much cheaper and besides all the branded stuff is made there anyway!
You can buy like 50 size 11 spinner swivels for £3.99, similar amount again for the size 11 quick release swivels, and the shrink tubing you can also buy the 2.6mm black in bulk meter length runs for about £2.50, the most expensive thing is probably the hook and in the picture of the Ronnie below which I built using all cheap Chinese components - other than the hook (J precision Size 5 euro XT) the boom which is Nash and the Bead, the rest cost me about £1 tops to make.
