I was talking to a guy at work and he was telling me about safety shoes for diabetics. I'm a diabetic but not heard about the shoes. So I have had a look on Amazon and so on. The question is. Have any of you guys got a pair or used them and are thay any good ?

I didn't untill I started looking on Amazon. I'll email my diabetes nurse for more information maby

Feet - ulcers, nerve damage are complications of poor diabetic control.

I would think if your feet are in good nick, the shoe meets the required safety requirements, fits well and is breathable you should not have a problem with any footwear

Absolute no need for these shoes , as said if your diabetes is managed well. But you are better asking your specialist nurse not a forum full of fishermen, My mrs gets this all the time the taxi driver said this the postman said that , Your specialist nurse is the expert in this field.
