I've never heard of them until reading your post. Had a look at the website and the baits look good, especially the red fishmeal one

Looks to me like yet another instant bait firm offering the industry standard unimaginitive red spicy fishmeal with liver powder and nut mix bait and then promising theres are better than the next blokes.

My advice would be stick to something tried and tested like baitworks, essential, dna etc but maybe that's just me!

But isn't a red spicy Fishmeal with liver tried and tested. Never used the bait but you've contradicted yourself there. Without using it you can't really say any bait isn't good. They all have to start somewhere.

I'm not saying it isn't good I'm just saying it looks the same as 100's of other baits out there. Fishmeal Robin red, hydrosolate glm liver and some spices nothing special. If I was looking for a bait like that I'd rather use one that is proven over many years

That's my point. Your saying that type of mix is tried and tested but wouldn't use that bait ? Could understand if they'd made something completely new out of this world type mix that hasn't been proven. But as you've said it doesn't seem it on paper. Again saying nothing special yet that type of mix has been around for years and caught 10000s

The point im making there is nothing here that would make me want to switch to a relatively unproven company. Why would i when i can buy something similar from a company like ABS or DNA for the same price that are proven in terms of service, discretion and quality?

No that's fine pal. Confidence is key. Just seemed to be saying the mix isn't special but you'd use a similar mix from a more known company.

A lot of them buy it from ABS and repackage anyway!

I've not used it but I do know guys that do. Its decent, caught some very special ones. I believe they had a quality issue with their roller a couple of years ago but I think that's a thing of the past. I'm sure someone on here could expand on that.

To be fair I thought that myself and only asked because this company popped up on YouTube whilst I was watching some videos the other day and had never heard of them. Ive still got a load of elite baits smokey mackerel in the freezer and some trent baits freshwater shrimp which I know are both proven baits so will just use that until its gone then go back to making my own due to ive not found a shop bought bait that comes close to it but due to family and work I stopped last year

I think some of the comments below are a little unfair. PBC look like a very well set up firm with high quality products. I am in no way affiliated with them but appreciate a good bait when I see one, and based on samples and some hookbaits received to date I am impressed. Deffo not another crowd that but in from Geoff Bowers

I've used the Amino Ester for the last 8 months or so after a recommendation from a friend. So far I have been really impressed. Hookbaits are good. The bait is consistent and I have Had some really good fish on it so far.
