I'm dew an up grade for a new phone next month. I've been looking at the new Samsung 21s. But the monthly payment would £70 if I was to keep the tariff. One was £37 a month for the first 7 months then would go up to the £70 a month. How much would you guys pay up to per month for a new top speck phone. I'm with 3 network and the tariff always seems to be stupid money on the new phones

Try fonehouse.co.uk. They do pretty good deals, call up 3 and get them to match it or better it.

Do you really need a better phone or is your current one ok?
If you don't need a new phone then as you are already on 3 I'd take a look at Smarty that runs on the 3 network.

It all depends on your usage but personally I think the 30GB plan @£10 is very good value. You are not tied into a contract and you can leave at any time without a penalty in the unlikely event it does not suit.

Also , if you are going abroad , check for new roaming charges that some providers are about to include in their contracts !

70 pound a month =£840 a year just say ur mrs got the same that's a holiday or a fair chunk of dollar towards one sat in your a??e pocket that's if we ever allowed to go on holiday again

Lol ...... i pay £6 pounds a month unlimited texts and calls 4gb data .....its a phine all it has to do is ring ......keep the phone you have go on a sim only deal and spend the saving on fishing tackle

It's only worth what you're happy to pay mate, if it makes you happy and all that.
I've always stayed 1 model behind as I think they try to pull your pants down with new phones which a year later are less than half price. I think those reductions will come even faster this time round with less people having that sort of disposable income so I'd hang fire personally.
I haven't upgraded for a while but I draw a line at £30 a month full stop, but I am getting older
