About to buy some 3oz swivel leads for chucking pva sticks about 80mtrs.

Got 12ft 3lb T/C rods. What would be the minimum Breaking Strain line to use to avoid crack offs, but still enable me to reach the distance?

Thinking of using Daiwa Sensor as its cheap.

With 3lb tc rods I would say 15lb mono (0.35/0.37mm depending on company) would enable you to fish comfortably and safely at that distance.

15lb Daiwa Sensor or Gardner Pro blend are probably the best lines out there at sensible prices.
